You accept the copyright protection of the UGS© Software.
For this software you get a temporary non-exclusive usage right, which is not transferable to other persons. The usage right is limited to your personal use. You are not allowed to re-compile the software, extend it or change it in any other way.
The copyright protection systems must not be bypassed or ereased. Except the usage rights described above, all rights,
including the right to the names, for the UGS© Software or its documentation remain with us or our licensers.
It is not allowed to remove Copyright Notes and they have occasionally be added to copies of the software or its parts.

The development of this software was supportet by projectmanagement and quality management. We can not be held responsable for the consequences and effects of this software, especially when there are unknown and unidentified malfunctions.
